In this blog, we will discuss changes in the earth itself. this year it can be seen that there are many natural disasters approaching even though it is still at the beginning of the year where the coronavirus is increasing and never-ending, and also flash floods in NTT and Kalimantan. we must know Land and the environment is the surface of the Earth that can change. Many factors influence changes in the Earth's surface, both those that occur due to nature or human activities.

This time we will discuss the flood itself, as we know that flooding is a natural disaster that we often encounter or experience. why is it flooded? Flooding is caused by the volume of water in a body of water such as a river or lake that overflows or overflows from a dam so that water comes out of the river. from this, we can understand that water absorption is very important and the role of trees to absorb water is important. humans must think of countermeasures so that it does not happen again and the flood itself comes because of human activity.

From my experience who has a house that is often flooded, it is caused by heavy rains that do not stop for days. where rivers and streams are usually places to collect rainwater, but if heavy rains occur continuously there will automatically be excess capacity and this is what ultimately causes disaster. Moreover, if the lack of land serves as absorption. but usually, my house is flooded every four years, but recently it could be Three times a year we experience floods and it's very tiring.

We see an example recently that Kalimantan has never felt a severe flood, but they felt it to the point that their homes were not saved because the flood came by chance. This is not only the work of nature but humans who do not want to take care of nature itself, there is no replanting of forests, making water infiltration and not creating a greenhouse effect.
