 LEARN THROUGH STUDY TOUR


Learning is the obligation of all of us to acquire knowledge and we are obliged to go to school for 12 years. Some schools will use several learning media in the learning process itself.

    Learning media is one of the methods or tools used in the teaching and learning process. This is done to stimulate learning patterns in order to support the success of the teaching and learning process so that teaching and learning activities can be effective in achieving the desired goals. The media that schools often use are study tours every year and also partial experiences.

    The study tour is a type of learning while traveling not just as entertainment but also as an actual educational facility in the field. This is based on the importance of bringing students out of the classroom to absorb, interact in educational tours. Participants will get a lot of practical learning information in the brain. I often do study tours in high school, it's very fun. My school held a study tour in Bandung and Bogor at that time.

There are so many benefits of study tours for students like

1. Reinforce class materials

a school tour can be an interesting trip that will be able to arouse enthusiasm for learning. The benefit of it is to strengthen the subject matter. It also gives them the opportunity to visualize, experience, and discuss information.

2.Encouraging students to learn

Often educational tours use multimedia to visually attract attention. It turns out that this encourages students to learn in a fun way. They will retain more information from what they see and experience for themselves.

3. Lots of new things to learn

Embarking on an educational tour will take participants on new experiences. In this case, examples are such as culture and tradition, and history. Study tour activities allow them to open their eyes to a new environment, and many new things. They become more open-minded and insightful.

4. Opportunity to exchange ideas

Educational tours offer informal classes that are perfect for mutual discussion and the exchange of information. Group discussion is also one of the most effective educational tools. Participants during or after the tour can have group discussions. Not only among their friends, classmates, and peers but also with new people.
